Client materials

Limitation of liability

Briefings and reviews support owner decision-making. They are not structural certificates, quantity surveys, legal opinions, or safety audits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signalbeaconbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on website content or from decisions made after a briefing. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a mandatory rule of Thai law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from services booked through this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
