The official registered business name is Signalbeaconbase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2018 in Bangkok to help project owners interpret contractor progress materials without adding another layer of site management.
Early work focused on residential towers along Sukhumvit and Rama III, where owners asked for photo-linked summaries they could share with overseas partners. The practice later expanded to mixed-use podiums, office fit-outs, and logistics facilities across greater Bangkok.
