Owner Progress Briefings

Prepared monthly; briefing session 60–90 minutes
Site Progress Visual Reports
From 12,000 THB per site visit
Half-day or full-day site visit plus report within three business days
Milestone Review Sessions
From 18,000 THB per session
Half-day review including prep and on-site or office session
Schedule Variance Reviews

Typically five to seven business days from complete materials
What influences an estimate
- Number of buildings or phases covered in each cycle
- Whether site photography is included or supplied by others
- Language needs for packs shared with overseas partners
- Travel beyond greater Bangkok
- Rush preparation ahead of financing or contractual deadlines
