Refund & cancellation policy
Scope
This policy applies to professional services offered by Signalbeaconbase Co., Ltd.: owner progress briefings, site progress visual reports, milestone review sessions, and schedule variance reviews. It does not cover physical goods, software licences, or subscription products.
Eligibility
Refund requests must relate to a confirmed paid engagement and be sent in writing to info@signalbeaconbase.click with the invoice number, project name, and reason.
Timeframe
Submit cancellation or refund requests at least five business days before a scheduled site visit or briefing session. Requests after work has started are assessed under partial-refund rules below.
Full refunds
A full refund of fees paid is available when we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and no replacement date is agreed, or when you cancel in writing before we have begun material intake or site preparation and no deposit has been designated non-refundable in the engagement letter.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after intake or preparation has begun, we may refund the unused portion of fees after deducting time already spent on material review, travel booking, or pack drafting, billed at the rates in your engagement letter.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits marked non-refundable in the engagement letter
- Third-party costs already incurred with your approval (for example escorted site access fees)
- Completed briefing packs or delivered visual reports
Work already started
Once analysis, drafting, or site photography for a cycle has started, that cycle’s fee is generally non-refundable, though unused future cycles in a multi-month package may be cancelled with notice.
Rescheduling
Site visits and briefing sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least three business days’ notice and the new date falls within thirty days. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee reflecting travel or preparation already completed.
No-shows
If the owner contact misses a confirmed session without notice, the session fee is charged. A replacement session can be booked at the standard rate.
Deposits
First-month briefing packages and multi-visit bundles may require a deposit to reserve calendar time. The engagement letter states whether the deposit is credited to the final invoice and whether any portion is non-refundable.
Refund process & timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
