How we work with owners
A typical engagement runs from a short kickoff through recurring progress packs. The sequence below matches how construction reporting calendars actually move.
-
Kickoff & calendar
We meet the owner contact, map contractual milestones, agree which contractor materials arrive each cycle, and set briefing dates that fit steering-committee rhythms.
-
Material intake
Each cycle we collect progress reports, programme updates, meeting minutes, and any photography already produced by the site team. Gaps are flagged early rather than hidden in the pack.
-
Optional site walkthrough
When visual reports are included, a field reporter walks agreed floors with an escort, captures labelled photographs, and notes blockers visible on the day.
-
Owner pack assembly
Charts, photographs, and variance notes are assembled into a concise pack sized for decision makers—not a reprint of the contractor PDF.
-
Briefing & actions
We facilitate the session, capture decisions, and issue a short written follow-up so partners who could not attend still share the same record.
